This documentary is about a growing coffee café located in Medicine Hat, AB. They are locally owned with locally roasted coffee. 

During the interview, I asked questions about who is behind the company, how this company is unique and what are their values. I choose to do a documentary on this coffee shop because it is locally owned, sourced, and they work to bring a friendly, warmth atmosphere with each cup of coffee.
